1st Falgun 2071, Kirtipur. On the occasion of 17th Earthquake Safety Day, Disaster Risk Management Planning Festival (DRM Planning Mela) was celebrated in Kirtipur on Friday, 1st Falgun 2071. It was organized by Kirtipur Municipality with the support from the organizations Lumanti, ENPHO, OXFAM and UKAID.
