The eight edition of the biggest cycling event in Nepal, the Kathmandu Kora Cycling Challenge was organized on 21st July 2018, Saturday. About 2500 riders registered to cycle the 50km, 75km and 100km routes around Kathmandu for charity.

This year, three causes were selected for fund-raising by the Kora riders -Ladies’ Mountain League, Survivor Nepal and the Narayan Gopal Fund. The raised funds will support upliftment of women via adventure sports, provide incentives to earthquake resistant buildings, and support the family of Late National Champion Cyclist Narayan Gopal Maharjan.
