One more step in sports development by Kirtipur Sports Development Society, organizing 2nd Inter-ward Basketball League Tournament is very important event we were looking forward to happen since long. Kirtipur Sports Development Society has been working from very beginning in the development of sports in the area. It has already successfully conducted different sports events that fall in Athletic category. The ongoing league has really helped to get connected the people of different wards with harmonization. We are looking forward to see more of such a good step from the organization like Kirtipur Sports Development Society in the near future as well. For the entire events to take place, Puspa Sadan Boarding School's court was selected as a venue. It has a nice Basketball court, indeed. Talking about the crowd, there was fabulous crowd, cheering their respective team. The Basketball League Tournament is going to be held between 22nd Aug and 29th Aug. The game started when Prof. Dr. Ram Krishna Maharjan, chief guest handed over the ball to the refree.

Today's first game was predetermined between ward no.1 and ward no. 3 and result goes in the side of ward no.1. In the second match, ward no. 17 played against ward no. 4. With giving great performance, ward no. 17 has out placed the ward no.4 and succeeded to earn points. Today's last match was fixed between ward no. 2 and ward no. 16. Ward no. 2 is very lucky to secure points in their competitive match. No doubt, they turned out the entire game in their side.
