Kirtipur. Matsyanarayan Mela or Purushwotaam mas mela, that is witnessed every three years, has begun at Maschhyegaun. Every day, hundreds of devotees are arriving to worship Matsyanarayan (fish avatar of Lord Vishnu).This mela will be observed till the end of Bhadra.
