Chariot Festival of Adinath Lokeshwor

On the month of Solar Calendar 'Chaitra', the Adinath Jatra/festival is being celebrated at Chobhar, Kiritpur.On the very first day of festival/jatra , holy bathing ceremony of Aadinath takes place at the eastern porch of the temple outside the main Bahal which was observed on 7th of Chaitra, 2071 (21st of March, 2015) this year, and after the day of holy bathing ceremony, face painting of Aadinath Lokeshwor was done within a week.
