Kirtipur, On the day of Mangsir Astami (Lunar Calendar), a Tantric Puja and celebration called "Dhaalcha khakgu" was performed in Pith of Nagaun. In this Puja, five people each with five Dhaalcha- a small vessel containing five different liquids like blood, wine, milk etc. demonstrated a sort of trembling to show the power of Goddess. They used mantras and special rituals for this sacred Puja.

A Bajracharya (Gubaju) and his assistant performed the Puja who were joined and contributed by all people especially those with the responsibility of "Jatra Pa". On the day of Nawami, there was "Dekha Jatra" a procession of chariot.
